Windermere Real Estate Market Conditions
Home sales in Windermere have been on a decline with the rest of the market in Central Florida. As of July 2007, there were 713 homes on the market which amounted to 17 months of inventory. Inventory has grown 35% in the past 14 months and the number of sales declined 25%. Home are also taking longer to sell. Average days on market has grown from 65 days to 118 days in the same period. Sellers were coming off the asking price 5% 14 months ago but now they are negotiating 12% from the asking price. Hopefully thing will turn around soon.
